How it works
Save the recipe reel
From Instagram or TikTok, tap Share → Reelnest (mobile), click the Chrome extension (desktop), or paste the link on the site.
Reelnest reads the recipe
The audio, on-screen ingredient overlays and the caption are all read. Ingredients and steps are extracted into structured data automatically.
Cook it or shop it
Open the recipe in Cook Mode, or export the ingredients into a shopping list you can take to the store.
Why saving recipes on Instagram or TikTok doesn’t work
Instagram Saved and TikTok Favorites weren’t built to help you cook. There’s no search inside them, no ingredients view, and no way to sort by anything but recency.
